the breakfast buffet was diverse with a generous selection of both sweet and savory items. the staff ensured all options remained fully stocked. i also appreciated the hotel's central location, providing easy access to many attractions. the team assisted us with vehicle parking, which greatly reduced stress due to heavy pedestrian traffic.
my only issue involved the shower. the tub had a partial glass partition, causing water to spill onto the floor. the water temperature also fluctuated unexpectedly during use.

the breakfast include many homemade items. it was very tasty. the staff were friendly. i especially liked daria at the front desk. she gave me map directions and had a lot of information.
this hotel did not respond to emails. i did send many polite requests for help. i booked direct with the hotel but did not receive a confirmation email. this is not a good thing. i did book elsewhere.

The hotel location is excellent near many tourist spots. It was easy to reach all the interesting places! The room was also comfortable, with good quality beddings. I loved that it was quiet.
The hotel did not respond to my polite emails for help before my stay. I think they should improve their communication. My shower was a tub with a glass partition that only went halfway! Water splashed onto the floor.

i found the location to be perfect and the rooms and service was so nice. the courtyard has beauty and rooms has high ceilings. it's a very clean hotel. i requested two beds and the hotel accommodated my needs very well. the staff was very kind. they arranged a voucher for another stay with the hotel partners, and the voucher is good for a year.
the shower featured a tub with a partial glass partition. water splashed onto the floor, and the tub's height posed a slight balance challenge.

i appreciated the city pass i got at check-in, it came with a helpful map and recommendations. the staff offered a bottle of wine and a magnet as it was my birthday week. the pizza place downstairs was convenient for late-night meals after sightseeing.
the shower had a glass partition that only went halfway. water got onto the floor and the temperature fluctuated from hot to cold! this was quite annoying and made showering a bit difficult.
